Dentures and Partials
Statistics indicate that people with missing teeth live shorter
lives than those with solid, complete smiles. Dr. Rohrer can
replace lost teeth with dentures or partials because without
teeth, your smile's remaining teeth may begin to shift out of
place, destroying your comfortable bite and leading to other
problems. Prosthetic teeth like dentures allow patients to maintain
good oral health and an active lifestyle.
When you lose just a few teeth, Dr. Rohrer can produce a set
of partial dentures, which fill in gaps in your smile. And accordingly,
patients who have lost all their teeth will receive a full set
of dentures. Rohrer Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry uses
a quality dental lab to produce prosthetics that will feel comfortable
and look natural. |

Veneers and Laminates
Veneers Are A Painless Way to Bring Out A Permanent
White, Healthy and Beautiful Smile!
If you have flaws in your front teeth that detract from your
smile, porcelain veneers or no-prep veneers like DURAthins
or Lumineers can transform your smile. Made from thin shells
of porcelain, veneers hide imperfections and create a stunning,
uniform smile. Dr. Rohrer can change the size, shape, and
color of your front teeth with veneers.
When you choose traditional veneers, we schedule two appointments:
at the first visit, Dr. Rohrer will prepare your teeth by
taking molds and fitting you with temporary veneers. We will
send the impressions to a quality dental lab, where a ceramist
will handcraft your veneers. During your second visit, permanent
placement will take place once we receive your custom veneers
in our office.

Natural Looking Fillings
Say Goodbye to Dark and Ugly Fillings. Inlays and Onlays
Fillings Are An Attractive Look for Your Teeth!
If you're embarrassed about your smile because of decay or
dark fillings in your teeth, you may be a good candidate for
composite resins. Being a silicon dioxide-filled, tooth-colored
plastic mixture, composite resins can restore teeth to an
attractive, healthy state. Composite resins represent several
advantages over traditional silver, or amalgam, fillings.
We offer inlays, and onlays, which are two different types
of fillings.
Inlays- Fillings that are in the tooth (gold or porcelain).
Onlays- Fillings that extend out onto the cusp of a tooth.

Porcelain Crowns
If you're self-conscious about cracked, broken, decayed, or
worn teeth, we can bring back your healthy, natural-looking
smile with dental crowns, also called caps. A crown can return
structure, strength, and function to a tooth with extensive
decay or damage. Designed to fit snugly and function as a healthy
tooth, a crown will protect your tooth from further damage and
preserve the jaw's correct natural alignment. Porcelain is a
great restorative material for use in cosmetic dentistry, it
is translucent and highly resistant to staining, which results
in a permanently white, natural-looking restoration. Drs Rohrer
offer porcelain crowns to provide the best possible restoration.

ZOOM! Teeth Whitening
The Zoom! light-activated whiteninggel's active ingredients
hydrogen peroxide. As the hydrogen peroxide is broken down,
oxygen enters the enamel and dentin, bleaching colored substances
while the structure of the tooth is unchanged. The Zoom! light
aids in activating the hydrogen peroxide and helps it penetrate
the surface of the tooth. A study has shown that use of the
Zoom! lamp increases the effectiveness of the Zoom! gel by 26%
or more, giving an average improvement of up to eight shades.
Zoom! Tooth whitening is performed in Dr. Rohrer's office and
takes about an hour to complete. Dr. Rohrer will start by prepping
your teeth, followed by up to 45 minutes of bleaching, while
you wait in the office. |
