Dr. Tom Rohrer has been a resident of Florida for over twenty
years. He graduated from the University of Florida Dental School.
He did postgraduate studies at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne,
FL. He believes in long term optimal oral health and aesthetics.
The cosmetic and reconstructive philosophy of his practice is
based on the teaching of the L.D. Pankey Institute. One of the
guiding tenants of this philosophy is to treat people, not just
teeth.

Dr. Joy Rorher has been a resident of Florida for over twenty
years. She graduated from the university of Florida Dental School,
and has been practicing Dentistry for almost twenty five years.
Dr. Joy has multiple functions at our office. First and foremost,
she regularly provides exceptional dental services to our patients.
She has a rich background in Periodontics , Endodontics , technology,
and whole body health. Her Mastery in these areas, together
with Dr. Tom's mastery in Restoration and Aesthetics, combine
into creating a unique team of health professionals, focused
on providing superior oral health to our patients. Dr. Joy also
makes sure everything in the office runs smoothly, and in perfect
order. She is a very compassionate person, which is the ultimate
reason why our patients are so satisfied with our services.
Her daily goal is to provide outstanding patient care, ensuring
optimal oral, as well as whole body health to all of our patients.

| Gonzalo
Olmedo - Marketing Director |

Gonzalo recently moved to Florida. Originally from Argentina,
Gonzalo did both his undergraduate and graduate education in
Alabama. Soon after finishing his MBA in December of 2008, he
joined our growing team of young driven professionals.
Although Gonzalo's title is marketing director, he wears many
hats in our practice. Whether it be operations, finance or public
relations, Gonzalo's MBA training, combined with a passion for
excellence and attention to details, make sure the task at hand
is accomplished efficiently and effectively. He has a relentless
burning desire to provide outstanding customer service. Gonzalo
states "Unless you have 100% patient satisfaction, you must
improve. Therefore, be everywhere, do everything, and never
fail to astonish the patient." |

| Kelly -
Patient Concierge |

Kelly was born and raised in Palm Beach County. She attended
the University of Florida, where she majored in Sport Management
and had the chance to work with the Gator Football Office.
Although Kelly joined our team fairly recently, she has been
able to demonstrate superior customer service and a impressive
ability to "get things done". She is very driven and
hardworking, and makes sure we can provide the highest level
of patient service and satisfaction. In Kelly's words: "My
strong customer service background, and my organizational skills
will allow me to manage patient flow and ensure patient a positive
experience when they visit our practice. Making sure patients
are always greeted with a friendly face and smile is of utmost
importance to me." We are very glad she is part of
our growing team. |

Finance and Accounting |

Shelly has been a Florida resident for 33 years, and has
been involved in Dentistry even longer. She is wife, mother,
and grandmother of five beautiful grandchildren.
Shelly is very well versed in Finance and Accounting. She manages
the collections, finances and logistics of the practice. She
has been part of our team for over five years, always concerned
with meeting our patients' needs. She is always ready to help
our patients and discuss their concerns. Shelly is extremely
organized, and loyal to our practice. She provides experience
and organization to our team. |

| Caterina
- Dental Hygienist |

Caterina has been a Florida resident for over five years.
She graduated from Dental School in Colombia in 2001, and became
a dentist. In 2004, she received the license to become a Dental
Hygienist in the state of Florida. She has been part of our
team for about three years now.
Since the beginning, Caterina has been able to provide excellent
dental services to our patients, in a relaxed caring environment.
She has a passion for providing elite patient care, while developing
relationships of trust with our patients. In Caterina's words:
"My goal is to educate and provide information to all
our patients regarding their general and oral health, so they
can improve their lifestyle, and have a comfortable dental experience
in our Office." Caterina is one the main reasons we
are able to provide a unique dental experience to our patients. |

Sherry is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School
of Dental Hygiene. She practiced dental hygiene for many wonderful
years in Jenkingtown, Pennsylvania, until she moved to South
Florida about a year and a half ago.
She enjoys getting to know all the new patients and developing
relationships with everybody in the practice. Sherry is very
hardworking, delicate, and dedicated to providing outstanding
patient care. She has become a great assistant to Dr. Tom and
Dr. Joy, and a great asset to the practice. |
